脑卒中患者家庭关怀对睡眠质量的影响:安全感、希望的链式中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中患者安全感与希望在家庭关怀和睡眠质量间的中介作用。方法采用阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)、安全感量表(SQ)、赫氏希望量表(HHI),便利选取449名脑卒中患者进行问卷调查。结果(1)家庭关怀、安全感、希望与睡眠质量两两显著相关;(2)希望、安全感分别在家庭关怀与睡眠质量间起着部分中介作用;(3)安全感和希望在家庭关怀与睡眠质量间起着链式中介作用。结论增加脑卒中患者的家庭关怀,可以提高其安全感水平,增强对未来的希望,从而改善睡眠质量。Objective To explore the mediating role of security and hope between family care and sleep quality in patients with stroke.Methods 449 stroke patients in 13 hospitals were investigated by AIS,APGAR,SQ and HHI.Results Family concern,sense of security and hope were significantly correlated with sleep quality.Family care had an influence on sleep quality through the partial mediating role of hope and sense of security.Family care also affected stroke patients′ sleep quality through the chain mediating effect of security and hope.Conclusion Family care and sleep quality in patients with stroke are closely related to the sense of security and hope.Increasing family care for stroke patients can help them improve the sense of security,enhance their confidence in the treatment of disease,and thus improve their sleep quality.
