摘  要:研究目的:伴随着建筑市场的日益成熟和竞争机制的不断完善,越来越多的铁路工程项目以设计、采购、施工总承包(EPC)的形式来实施建设。相关承包商个体以利益为纽带,通过功能互补或强强联合结成战略联盟,实现更大程度的资源整合与能力提升。在联合体内部,承包商个体之间实质上是一种竞合关系,本文通过分析铁路建设项目承包商间的竞合关系,并运用多主体仿真软件模拟揭示联合体内部主体间复杂的演化进程。研究结论:(1)适当的惩罚机制可以有效约束承包商个体的机会主义行为;(2)在一定的空间内,低密度空间由于承包商数量的有限会延缓合作的进程,而高密度空间则会加速合作的形成;(3)承包商将沿着进入期、独立期、调整期和稳定扩张期的进程演进,承包商之间一定程度的联合、结合以及融合将是未来发展的趋势;(4)本研究成果将对工程管理优化有现实的参考和借鉴意义。Research purposes:With the rapid development of construction market and the continuous improvement of the competition mechanism,more and more railway engineering projects are implemented in the form of design,procurement and engineering procurement construction (EPC).Related contractor individuals take interests as the bond,and form strategic alliances through functional complementation or strong alliance to achieve resource integration and capacity improvement.There is actually a co-opetition relationship among contractors within coalitions.This paper analyzes the co-opetition relationship among contractors in railway construction projects,and uses multi-agent simulation software to reveal the complex evolution process among the subjects.Research conclusions:(1) When the punishment mechanism are strengthening in construction market,the opportunistic behavior from contractor will be effectively controlled.(2) In a certain space,low density space will delay the cooperation process and high density space will accelerate the evolution of cooperation.(3) The contractor will evolve in the way of entry period,independent period,adjustment period and stable expansion period.And alliance combination and fusion among contractors will be the future trend of development.(4) The research results will have realistic reference value in the application for improving project management.
