医养结合模式下社区上门医疗服务需求与供给现状分析

摘　　要：目的:了解居家老人上门医疗服务需求及社区供给情况,分析问题并提出建议。方法:以北京市朝阳区60岁以上居家老人为需方调查对象,辖区46家社区卫生服务中心的医护人员为供方调查对象,开展问卷调查。结果:社区上门医疗服务的供给与居家老人的需求并不完全匹配,尤其在心理咨询、远程健康监测、家庭病床及巡诊服务方面,社区供给不能满足居家老人的需求。结论:社区上门医疗服务应以预防为主,以需求为导向,拓展实用的服务项目,合并较少使用的服务项目。Objective To understand the needs of home medical services for the elderly and community supply,analyze problems and make recommendations. Methods The elderly people aged 60 and over in Chaoyang District of Beijing were selected as the demand side. The medical staff of 46 community health service centers in the district were surveyed as the supplier. Results The supply of community-based medical services did not exactly match the needs of the elderly at home.,especially in psychological counseling,remote health monitoring,family beds and visiting services. Community supply cannot meet the needs of the elderly at home. Conclusion Community-based medical services should be based on prevention,demand-oriented,to expand practical service projects and merge less-used service projects.
