摘　　要：随着医改的深入推进,如何通过调整医疗服务价格弥补公立医院的损失,关系到公立医院能否可持续发展。本文基于"以资源为基础的相对价值权数分配法"构建契合国情的公立医院医疗服务内在价格调整模型,综合纳入医疗服务外在价格影响要素,构建医疗服务外在价格调整模型,并将其应用于某医院,验证模型的可行性与合理性。With the deepening of medical reform,how to compensate for the loss of public hospitals by adjusting the price of medical services is related to the sustainable development of public hospitals. Based on the resource-based relative value weight distribution method,this paper constructed the internal price adjustment model of medical service in public hospitals in line with national conditions,comprehensively incorporated the external price impact factors of medical services,construct an external price adjustment model for medical services,and applied it to a hospital to verify the feasibility and rationality of the model.
