导湿快干苎麻针织产品生产实践

摘　　要：采用83dtex/36f4的沟槽截面形状凉爽型Coolmax^■长丝和16.7tex吸湿散湿性优良的高支苎麻纱为原料,在24针/25.4mmJLS-3F型2+4针道双面圆型纬编机上,开发苎麻盖Coolmax^■双面针织面料。介绍面料的编织工艺、染整工艺及生产技术要点,并测试面料的水洗尺寸变化率、耐水色牢度、吸湿速干性。结果表明,开发的面料吸湿速干性能良好,贴身穿着不黏身、凉爽舒适,是制作夏季T恤的优质面料。A kind of double-sided knitted fabric with ramie yarn covering Coolmax^■ yarn was developed on 24G JLS-3F type 2+4 needle double-sided circular weft knitting machine by using 83 dtex/36 f Coolmax^■ yarn with 4 groove cross section and 16.7 tex high counts pure ramie yarn with excellent moisture absorption and moisture dissipation properties. The knitting process,dyeing and finishing process and key points of production technology were introduced in detail. And the dimensional stability to washing,color fastness to washing and moisture absorbing and quick drying properties of the fabric were tested. The results show that the developed fabric has good moisture absorbing and fast drying performance,cool and comfortable,which is high quality fabric for making summer Tshirts.
