摘 要:纯棉针织物常规皂洗工艺在高温条件下进行,存在耗水多、能耗大、织物表面色差大等问题。文中以低温皂洗剂AGG-350对纯棉针织物进行皂洗处理,探讨了低温皂洗剂AGG-350用量、皂洗温度、时间、pH值等因素对纯棉针织物得色量、色光、染色牢度的影响,并与常规皂洗工艺对比。结果表明,低温皂洗剂用量2g/L,温度为60℃,时间为20min,浴比为1∶10的条件下可以获得良好的染色牢度,不同颜色染色织物的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均可达到3~4级,且低温皂洗工艺对染色织物的色光影响更小;与传统皂洗工艺相比,低温皂洗工艺可降低66.0%的水耗和33.3%的蒸汽消耗,大大降低了能源消耗,缩短了工艺流程,节约成本。The conventional soap washing process of cotton knitted fabric was under high temperature conditions,which has problems such as high water and energy consumption and large color difference on the surface of the fabric. In this paper,the cotton knitted fabric was soaped with low-temperature soaping agent AGG-350. The effects of low -temperature soaping agent AGG -350 dosage,soaping temperature,time,pH value on the color yield,shade and fastness of cotton knitted fabrics were discussed and compared with conventional soap washing process. The results show that good color fastness and color fastness to soaping of dyed fabrics were obtained at the dosage of low temperature soaping agent of 2 g/L,temperature of 60 ℃,time of 20 minutes and bath ratio of 1∶10. And the color fastness to rubbing can reach Level 3~4,and the low-temperature soaping process has less influence on the color light of the dyed fabric. Compared with the conventional soaping process,the low-temperature soaping process can reduce water consumption by 66.0% and steam consumption by 33.3%,which greatly reduces energy consumption,shortens the process and saves costs.
