摘　　要：文中介绍了一种针织面料袢带接缝强力的测试方法和评价方法,通过收集市场退货信息和相关面料,将测试结果与主观手感评价对比,探讨针织面料袢带接缝强力与主观手感评价的关系。结果表明,该方法可以满足预测针织面料袢带接缝强力和成品袢带抽检的测试,采用袢带接缝强力将主观手感评价进行客观量化;缝制袢带接缝强力对合理制定针织物袢带缝合质量检验标准有一定的参考价值,可用于指导生产实践,具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。This paper introduced a test and evaluation method for the bond loop joint strength of knitted fabrics. By collecting market return information and related fabrics,the test results are compared with the subjective evaluation,and a discussion is made to the relationship between the loop joint strength and subjective evaluation of knitted fabrics. The results show that the method can be used to predict the seam strength of the knitted fabric and to make sampling testing. The sewing bond loop joint strength has certain reference value for the reasonable development of the quality inspection standard for knitted fabrics,which can be used to guide production practice with certain theoretical significance and practical value.
