摘  要:首先阐述了高铁开通影响旅游业发展的理论机制,进而采用中国287个地级及以上城市2002-2013年的非平衡面板数据,并基于双重差分法,实证检验了高铁开通对地区旅游业发展的影响。结果表明,高铁开通对地区旅游业发展具有显著的正向影响。此外,只开通城际高铁对地区旅游业发展的影响并不明显,只开通非城际高铁和同时开通城际和非城际高铁对地区旅游业发展的影响则较为显著。相比东部地区,高铁开通对西部地区旅游业发展的正向影响要更为明显。Based on the theoretical foudation of high-speed rail opening affecting tourism development, this paper adopted the unbalanced panel data of 287 prefectural cities in China from 2002 to 2013 and introduced difference-in-differences method to empirically verity the effect of high-speed rail opening on tourism development. The research reveals that, the opening of high speed rail has a significant positive impact on the development of regional tourism as a whole. Besides, obvious impact relies on the opening of non-intercity high-speed rail, as well as the opening of both non-intercity high-speed rail and intercity ones. In addition, the positive effect is more obvious in western region rather than that in eastern region.
