摘  要:肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)是世界范围内常见的恶性肿瘤,肝癌细胞的生物侵袭性强,易发生转移,对于患者预后有着严重的影响;肝癌的转移和预后复发仍然是癌症治愈面临的主要难题,阐明肝癌侵袭转移的分子发病机制对于治疗和提升患者的生存率具有非常重要的意义。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, LncRNA)是一类不具有蛋白编码功能的RNA分子,LncRNA可以分别在表观修饰、转录、转录后、翻译等多种层面参与调控基因的表达水平,从而影响肝癌细胞的侵袭和转移;LncRNAHULC、H19、HOTAIR、MALAT-1A HOTTIP、WDR26、AOC4 P、MIR31 HG、SNHG5 在肝细胞癌侵袭转移方面的分子作用机制的研究,对肝癌的早期筛查、治疗及预后提供新的潜在治疗靶点。Liver cancer is a common malignant tumor worldwide. Liver cancer cells are biologically invasive and prone to metastasis, which seriously affects the prognosis of patients. The metastasis and recurrence of liver cancer are still great challenge in the treatment of cancer. It is of great significance to elucidate the molecular pathogenesis of the invasion and metastasis of liver cancer to improve the survival rate of patients. Long non-coding RNA is a class of RNA molecules that do not have proteicoding functions. LncRNA can regulate gene expression levels by surface modification, transcription, post-transcription and translation, so as to affect the invasion and metastasis of liver cancer cells. Here, we review the molecular mechanisms of LncRNA HULC, H19, HOTAIR, malat-1, HOTTIP, WDR26 , AOC4 P, MIR31 HG and SNHG5 in the invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma and provide new potential targets for early screening, treatment and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
