《扁鹊心书》保扶阳气思想探析

摘　　要：《扁鹊心书》中保扶阳气的思想传承于《黄帝内经》和道家思想,认为阳气损伤的原因有医生误治、饮食因素、过劳因素、情志因素、六淫因素等,一般是多重因素共同作用的结果。该书根据阳气损伤的程度以及阳气与邪气的力量对比,提出了阳气损伤所致的平气、微虚、甚虚、将脱、已脱五种病理状态,并针对此五种病理状态分别施以温平药、辛温药、辛热药、艾灸、灸千壮治疗。此外,《扁鹊心书》还十分重视对阳气的保护,体现了《黄帝内经》"治未病"思想。The thought of protecting yang qi in Bianque Xinshu is inherited in Huangdi Neijing and Taoist thought.It believes that the reasons for the damage of yang qi are doctors′ mistreatment,dietary factors,overwork factors,emotional factors,and six climatic exopathogens factors.Generally,it is the result of multiple factors acting together.According to the degree of yang qi injury and the strength comparison between yang qi and evil qi,the book puts forward five pathological states,that is ping qi,slight deficiency,very deficiency,Jiangtuo and Yituo caused by yang qi injury.According to these five pathological states,wen ping medicine,pungent and warm natured drugs,pungent and hot natured drugs,moxa-wool moxibustion and Jiuqianzhuang are applied to treat it respectively.In addition,Bianque Xinshu also attaches great importance to the protection of yang qi,which reflects the "preventive treatment of disease" in Huangdi Neijing.
