摘 要:结合苏州恒大童世界B01-0304地块住宅项目地下室桩基工程,介绍了在支盘孔壁易坍孔的砂性土中挤压支盘桩的施工工艺。针对易坍孔的砂砾土层施工中的难点,采取钻孔挤扩囊袋+钢筒注浆支盘灌注桩新技术,顺利完成了基坑施工。该施工技术对传统支盘桩进行了改进,在易坍孔的砂土层中也能保证挤扩支盘成型的质量,具有很好的经济效果,值得在同类工程中进行推广。Combined with the basement pile foundation engineering of the residential project of B01-0304 block in Suzhou Evergrande Children’s World,the construction technology of squeezed branch pile in sandy soil where the holes in branch wall are easy to collapse is introduced.As to the difficulties in the construction of gravel soil layer of easy-tocollapse hole,the new technology of bored extruded and expanded bag + steel cylinder grouting branch cast-in-place pile is adopted to smoothly complete the foundation pit construction.The construction technology improves the traditional branch pile,and can also ensure the quality of squeezed branch forming in the sand layer where the holes in branch wall are easy to collapse,which has good economic effect and is worthy of promotion in similar projects.
