摘　　要：近些年各国先后开发了适合不同国家特点的绿色建筑评估体系,其中美国LEED评估体系是应用范围较广的绿色建筑评估体系之一。以上海某旧厂区绿色化改造项目为例,对按照LEED绿色建筑评估体系的具体评估内容进行了研究分析,可为类似工程提供思路和借鉴。In recent years,various countries have developed green building evaluation systems that are suitable for different national characteristics,among which the US LEED evaluation system is widely used green building evaluation systems.Taking an old factory green renovation project in Shanghai as an example,the specific evaluation content of LEED green building evaluation system is studied and analyzed,which can provide ideas and reference for similar projects.
