摘 要:石墨烯对气体和液体完全不透过的性质,使它成为优秀的单原子厚金属保护薄膜。本文介绍了石墨烯的结构和性质优势及防腐机制,总结了近年来石墨烯防腐薄膜制备方法以及石墨烯作为填料在聚合物防腐涂层的研究概况。在此基础上详细讨论了石墨烯在防腐方面存在的问题,包括石墨烯薄膜在制备过程中容易出现缺陷问题,石墨烯不能在有机聚合物中分散均匀以及在涂层发生破坏时局部微电流腐蚀的产生等,并针对以上问题提出了相应的解决方案。最后展望了石墨烯在防腐领域中的发展方向。Graphene could be used as an excellent monoatomic thick protective film for metal owing to its impermeability to gases and liquids. The advantages of structures and properties of graphene and its anti-corrosion mechanism were described in this article , also presented were the preparation of graphene protective film and study on uses as a filler in anticorrosive coatings. On this basis, the application problems of graphene in corrosion protection was discussed in detail, including defect formation in graphene film preparation process, the difficulty of dispersion of graphene in organic polymers, and local micro-current corrosion occurred in the broken coatings layer. Various corresponding measures were proposed to solve these problems. Fin ally, the development trend of graphene in the field of corrosion protection was prospected.
