摘 要:采用溶剂热法制备Zn^(2+)掺杂的溴氧化铋(BiOBr)(Zn/BiOBr)光催化剂,通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、比表面积孔径分析仪对其结构形貌进行分析表征,并考察了其对罗丹明B(RhB)的光催化活性。结果表明,Zn^(2+)掺杂量不同的Zn/BiOBr均为四方晶型,掺入Zn^(2+)后Zn/BiOBr样品的禁带宽度缩小、比表面积增大,光催化活性均明显提高,且10%Zn/BiOBr光催化活性最高;用蓝色LED光照射120min,其对RhB溶液的光降解率达到96%,比纯BiOBr的降解效率提高16%。循环使用3次后,Zn/BiOBr降解率仍达到85%,光催化过程中h+和·O_2-是主要的活性物质。Zn2+doped BiOBr(Zn/BiOBr)photocatalysts were prepared by solvothermal method,the structural and the photocatalytic performances of products were characterized by SEM,XRD,DRS,BET and the photodegradation of rhodamine B(RhB).Experimental results showed that Zn/BiOBr were tetragonal phase,Zn/BiOBr samples had lower band gaps and higher specific surface area,which contributed to the higher photocatalytic performance.What is more,10% Zn/BiOBr samples revealed the most efficient for degradating RhB and the degradation rate were 96% within 120 min under blue LED,which increased by 16%than that of pure BiOBr.After cycling for three times,the degradation rate of RhB maintained 85%.The results also suggested that h+and·O2-were the main reactive species in the photocatalytic process for Rh B degradation.
