急诊重症监护室中青年患者家属心理体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊重症监护室(EICU)中青年患者家属的心理体验和情绪感受。方法2018年8—9月,采用目的抽样法,选择某医院EICU的患者家属为研究对象。采用质性研究方法对8名EICU中青年患者家属进行深度半结构化访谈,使用Colaizzi法对访谈资料进行分析。结果EICU中青年患者家属的心理体验提炼为5个主题,即存在焦虑、害怕、担心和自责等负性情绪;心怀希望、直面现实等正性情绪;家庭经济负担沉重;社会角色改变;渴望得到社会支持。结论医务工作者应关注家属内心感受,向其提供心理支持及信息支持;同时调动社会支持系统,使其获得医院、社会及社区的帮助,以期减轻患者家属的心理压力,从而有利于中青年患者恢复健康、重返社会。Objective To explore the psychological experience and feelings of family members of middle-aged and young patients in emergency intensive care unit(EICU).MethodsThe family members of EICU patients from a hospital were selected by purposive sampling between August and September 2018.The 8 family members of middle-aged and young EICU patients received in-depth semi-structural interview using qualitative methods.Colaizzi method was used for analysis of the data.ResultsThe psychological experience of the 8 family members of middle-aged and young EICU patients could boil down to 5 themes:negative emotions such as anxiety,fear,worry and self-accusation;positive emotions such as hope and facing the reality;heavy economic burden on family;change of social roles;and desire for social support.ConclusionsMedical workers should pay attention to the psychological experience of family members,and provide them with psychological and informational support;meanwhile,they should utilise the social support system,and assist family members to get help from hospital,society and community so that family members'psychological burden can be alleviated,thus enabling the recovery and return to society in the middle-aged and young patients.
