摘 要:轧辊磨损会直接改变原始辊形,进而造成辊缝的变化,对板带钢的厚度设定、控制精度以及板形造成不利影响。因此,本文提出一种适用于热轧环境的光纤反射式轧辊磨损度在线检测系统,主要由光源、光纤、传感器探头、光电探测器组成。研究了在线检测系统的工作原理,并分析了不同大气能见度、轧辊表面能量损耗、磨损度等变化对光接收功率的影响,对应用于热轧现场的轧辊磨损度检测系统的设计具有重要的实际意义。The original roll shape can be directly influenced by the surface abrasion of that, and the roll gap will also change. Moreover, it can affect the thickness setting, control accuracy, and shape of the strip steel. Therefore, an optical-fiber-based reflective roll wear online detection system is pro-posed for hot rolling environment, which is mainly composed of light source, optical fiber, sensor probe and photodetector. The working principle of the online detection system is studied, and the effects of different atmospheric visibility , mill roll surface energy loss and wear on the light receiving power are analyzed. These results have the practical significance for the design of the roll wear detection system in the hot rolling environment.
