摘　　要：基于共享发展理念,采用文献资料、现象学、逻辑反思和田野调查的研究方法对弱势群体体育权利保障的困境、演进逻辑和突围路径进行了研究。认为:1.共享发展是以弱势群体的全面发展为旨归,关涉了伦理、政治和实践向度,是有效破解他们体育权利缺失和受损的理论向度和理应进路;2.整体而言,弱势群体体育参与和发展的困境与演进逻辑呈现出了社会排斥与工具性利用、"普及与提高"的悖论、保障制度的虚化运转和市场取向的排斥惯习以及公民权益的觉醒对体育多样化需求难以满足的隐喻抗争;3.共享发展视域下,维护弱势群体体育权益的实现路径具体包括法律顶层设计上,要强化从"全民"到"全面"的法律保障体系;建构以政府购买公共体育服务为主导、强大的社会融合和社会支持多级网络体系;弱势群体要通过自我赋能把体育参与行为内化为公民发展权利、提升文化素养和健康的生活方式。In this paper, based on the idea of shared development, we have studied the dilemma, logical rigorousness and breakout paths for safeguarding the sports rights of social vulnerable groups by making use of relevant documents, phenomenology, logical reflection field investigation and other research methods. We believe that: 1. Shared development takes all-around development of social vulnerable groups as its ultimate aim, and related to ethics, politics and practice dimension, it is a theoretical dimension and a reasonable approach to effectively solve the problems such as their being lack of sports rights and infringements on their sport rights;2. Generally speaking, the dilemma and evolutionary logics of sports participation and development of social vulnerable groups presents social exclusion and instrumental use, paradox of "popularization and improvement", falsification of the guarantee system and exclusion habit of market orientation, as well as the metaphorical struggle of citizens for the diversified sports needs as they have much more stronger awareness of their right;3. Under the context of shared development, the paths to safeguard the sports rights of social vulnerable groups include: in terms of top-level legal design, we should strengthen the legal guarantee system from "all people" to "all-around";we should establish a multi-tier network system with strong social integration and social support in which the governments’ purchase of public sports services plays the leading role;social vulnerable groups should internalize sports participation behaviors into citizens’ development rights and enhance their cultural literacy and healthy lifestyle through self empowerment.
