摘　　要："外贸新业态"是指利用互联网技术,通过市场化供应链和电商等方式,将生产制造与流通分离,形成促进交易便利化、服务集约化的新贸易体系。其中跨境电商运营作为"外贸新业态"的重要形式,已经形成了一定的产业集群和规模,为促进对外贸易回稳和创新发展发挥了重要作用。以出口型电商为切入点,从产业链、国外市场饱和度、跨境效率、流量红利外的新增长点等视角对跨境电商的出口运营现状进行了深度分析,以期为进一步寻找跨境电商海外市场空间、增强跨境出口新动能提供理论支撑。"New foreign trade"refers to the use of Internet technology to separate manufacturing and distribution through market-oriented supply chains and e-commerce,and to form a new trading system that promotes transaction facilitation and service intensification.Cross-border e-commerce operation,as an important form of"new foreign trade",has formed a certain industrial cluster and scale,and played an important role in promoting the stabilization and innovation of foreign trade.Taking export-oriented e-commerce as the entry point,from the perspectives of industrial chain,foreign market saturation,cross-border efficiency,and new growth points beyond the flow dividend,the in-depth analysis of the status quo of cross-border e-commerce export operation is carried out in order to provide theoretical support for further searching for cross-border e-commerce overseas market space and enhancing new kinetic energy for cross-border exports.
