摘 要:复合材料的结构健康状况将直接影响航空航天飞行器的飞行安全,其中的制造缺陷会对材料的特性造成影响,因此需要对复合材料的内部结构进行无损检测。基于激光超声技术研究了复合材料分层缺陷的无损检测方法,应用构建好的激光超声检测系统,对复合材料的厚度及内部分层缺陷进行检测,对缺陷的深度进行定位,并基于三次样条插值算法对复合材料的分层缺陷进行重构。研究结果表明:该技术具有较高的空间分辨率、测量精度及重构效果。Spacecraft safety is tightly related with structural health status of composite materials.And manufacturing defects have an important influence on the properties of composite materials.It is urgent to study nondestructive testing techniques in the internal structure of composite materials.In this paper,laser ultrasonic technology is provided to test delamination defects in the composite materials.A laser ultrasonic testing system is constructed to detect thickness and delamination defects of composite materials.Finally,depth of defects is located,and the delamination defects of composite materials is reconstructed by the cubic spline interpolation algorithm.The results show that laser ultrasonic testing has advantages of high spatial resolution,measurement accuracy and realtime.
