摘  要:及时抽除进入内真空室的中性粒子,达到等离子放电所需的真空度,对于维持中国聚变工程实验堆(CFETR)的稳定运行至关重要。本文针对CFETR内真空室粒子负载和抽气性能要求,设计了一种实验堆专用4. 5 K大抽速低温冷凝泵。通过计算冷凝泵在偏滤器开口处的有效抽速,确定了冷凝面积。通过对低温板和热屏蔽罩稳态运行时的热负荷计算,模拟了低温板表面的温度场分布,验证了所设计冷凝泵的可行性。最后根据内真空室的抽气特性,确立了低温冷凝泵机组的总体布局和运行方案。4.5 K大抽速低温冷凝泵的设计为后续实验堆的研发设计提供了理论依据和技术支持。We reported the design and evaluation of a lab-built 4. 5 K cryo-pump, capable of operating at a high pumping speed for pumping the torus chamber to the required high vacuum in China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor( CFETR) by timely removing neutral particles in plasma discharge. First, the condensing area was determined by calculating the effective pumping speed at the divertor's opening;second, the temperature distribution of the cryo panel surfaces was simulated to verify the feasibility of the newly-designed cryo-pump by calculating the heat loads of cryo-panels and thermal radiation shields at steady operation;and finally, the overall layout and opera tion scheme of the cryo-pumps were established according to the pumping characteristics of the torus chamber. We suggest that the new cryo-pump be of some basic and technological interest in R&D of the subsequent test reactor.
