摘 要:提出一种以煅烧后的菱镁石和白云石为原料,真空铝热还原一步法制备镁钙合金的方法。通过正交试验研究了四种影响金属还原率主要因素的主次关系,然后对这些因素进行实验研究,并通过ICP发射光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射对金属产物及还原渣进行了分析。结果表明,铝粉过量系数和制块压力对MgO、CaO还原率的影响较大,还原温度和还原时间次之,在制块压力为150 MPa,还原温度1250℃,还原时间180 min,铝粉过量系数10%的条件下,MgO和CaO还原率最高,分别为93.1%和49.5%。The Mg-Ca alloy was produced by one-step aluminothermic reduction in vacuum of the compressed block made of the calcined magnesium,dolomite and reductant of recycled Al.The influence of the reduction conditions,including the briquetting pressure,reduction temperature/time,and Al excess coefficient,on the reduction rates of MgO and CaO was investigated in orthogonal experiment and with inductively coupled plasma(ICP) atomic emission spectrometry,scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction.The results show that the impact of the Al-excess coefficient and briquetting pressure was greater than that of the reduction-temperature and reduction-time;Reduced at 1250℃ for 180 min and with Al excess coefficient of 10%,the reduction rates of MgO and CaO,in the block briquetted at 150 MPa,were 93.1% and 49.5%,respectively.
