摘  要:目的制备甘草总黄酮双层缓释口腔贴膜,并对其生物性能进行评价。方法以甘草总黄酮为主药,乙基纤维素(EC)作为空白隔离层,交联羧甲基纤维素钠(CCMC-Na)、海藻酸钠(ALG)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)为载药层膜材料,甘油作为保湿剂,吐温-80作为助溶剂,并采用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计优化载药膜材料配比,以外观性状、体外黏附力、成膜性和溶解性作为贴膜生物性能评价指标,确定载药膜材的最优配比。结果 EC为空白隔离层,载药层中CCMA-Na∶ALG∶PVA=2∶2∶1比例时,制成的载药膜生物性能最佳。结论甘草总黄酮-EC-CCMA-Na-ALG-PVA双层缓释口腔贴膜可作为新型口腔贴膜制剂。OBJECTIVE To study the preparation technology of glycyrrhizic flavone double-layer sustained-release oral patch and evaluate its performance. METHODS With glycyrrhizic flavone as the main drug,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,sodium alginate and polyvinyl alcohol as drug-carrying membrane materials,ethyl cellulose as blank isolation layer,glycerol as moisturizing agent and Tween-80 as cosolvent,glycyrrhizic flavone bilayer sustained-release oral adhesive film was prepared.The proportion of drug-carrying membrane materials was optimized by L9( 3^4) orthogonal test design,and its appearance and mucosity were observed.Adhesion force,film forming ability and dissolution time were used as evaluation indexes to determine the optimum proportion of drug-loaded films. RESULTS The optimum ratio of cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,sodium alginate and polyvinyl alcohol was 2 ∶ 2 ∶ 1. CONCLUSION Glycyrrhizic flavone-cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose-sodium alginate-polyvinyl alcohol bilayer sustained-release oral patch can be used as a new oral patch preparation.
