摘 要:耳鼻咽喉头颈外科是研究耳、鼻、咽喉与头颈部解剖与疾病的一门学科。由于头颈部组织器官的复杂性和位置紧密性,外科医师对该组织实施手术通常具有相当大的风险。随着手术方式的不断改进以及手术导航系统的出现和发展,外科医师成功完成手术的把握大大增加。在导航系统的辅助下,手术效果可以更彻底更完善,手术并发症的发生率也有可能降低:本文回顾了影像导航技术在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床应用的进展,总结和展望了影像导航技术在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术中的作用和意义。Since the invention of the endoscope, it has become an important diagnostic and therapeutic device for current minimally invasive surgery, which is of great significance for otolaryngology head and neck surgery. In addition, with the development of image navigation technology, surgical navigation is widely used in otolaryngology head and neck surgery. Surgical navigation has further improved the quality and effect of endoscopic minimally invasive surgery, and become an important surgical procedure for otolaryngology head and neck surgery. This article reviews the history of image navigation technology, and its clinical application in otolaryngology head and neck surgery. The summary and the forecast of image navigation technology in otolaryngology head and neck surgery is provided as well.
