有机叶面肥(顶灵)对菜心产量和品质的影响

摘　　要：为了对新型有机叶面肥在菜心的规模生产中提供依据,以‘45菜心’品种为试材,设置不同梯度有机叶面肥(顶灵)处理:0、5、15、25、35、45g·667m^-2,研究该肥对菜心产量和品质的影响。结果表明,35g·667m^-2处理的增产效果最显著,与对照相比提高了33.7%。适宜浓度的有机叶面肥处理可以显著提高菜心叶片与薹茎的可溶性糖、还原糖、蔗糖、果糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、可溶性蛋白和维生素C含量,其中,25g·667m^-2处理的叶和薹茎中可溶性糖含量分别比对照提高了69.5%和44.9%,果糖含量分别提高了30.3%和77.5%。综合分析得出,有机叶面肥的所有处理中,在15~35g·667m^-2的浓度范围内对于菜心各项品质指标的促进效果较好,而从成本与效果综合来考虑,以25g·667m^-2处理对菜心的品质改善效果最佳。In order to provide evidence for the usage of a new organic foliar fertilizer in Chinese flowering cabbage production ‘No.45 Chinese Flowering Cabbage’ was used as the experiment material,6 organic foliar fertilizer (MIRACULOUS) concentration levels were set (0,5,15,25,35,45g·667m^-2) in this research,the effect of this fertilizer on the yield and quality of Chinese flowering cabbage were studied.The results showed that the treatment effect on yield of 35 g fertilizer treatment was the most significant,which increased by 33.7% compared with the control.Appropriate concentration of organic foliar fertilizer could significantly increase the contents of soluble total sugar,reducing sugar,sucrose,fructose,galactose,glucose,soluble protein and vitamin C in the leaves and stems of Chinese flowering cabbage.When the organic foliar fertilizer concentration was 25g·667m^-2,the soluble total sugar content in the leaves and stems increased by 69.5% and 44.9%,and fructose increased by 30.3% and 77.5%.Comprehensive analysis showed that the promoting effects of 15-35g·667m^-2 on fruit quality were better than other treatment,considering cost and effect together,the 25g·667m^-2 showed the best promoting effect on fruit quality.
