摘　　要：自身免疫性大疱病是以患者体内B淋巴细胞产生自身抗体,破坏皮肤黏附结构为特征的一组皮肤病。利妥昔单抗作为一种新型的生物制剂,以B淋巴细胞表面的CD20抗原为靶点,导致B淋巴细胞清除,减少自身抗体的生成,从而达到治疗疾病的目的。在自身免疫性大疱病的治疗中,利妥昔单抗应用越来越多。该文对利妥昔单抗在天疱疮、大疱性类天疱疮、疱疹样皮炎、获得性大疱性表皮松解症等自身免疫性大疱病治疗中的应用进行综述。Autoimmune bullous diseases is a group of skin diseases characterized by the production of autoantibodies by B lymphocytes and the destruction of skin adhesion structure. Rituximab, as an emerging biological agent, targets CD20 antigen on the surface of B lymphocyte, leading to the clearance of B lymphocyte and the reduction of autoantibody production, thus achieving the goal of treating diseases. Rituximab has been used more and more in the treatment of autoimmune bullous diseases. This article reviews the application of rituximab in the treatment of autoimmune bullous diseases such as pemphigus, bullous pemphigoid, dermatitis herpetiformis and epidermolysis bullosa acquisita.
