摘 要:采用机械球磨法对六价铬污染土壤进行固化处理,文章研究了不同球磨工艺参数对降低土壤中六价铬浸出浓度的影响;同时,在球磨时间2 h、球磨转速500 r/min、球料比12的特定条件下,对8组不同浓度梯度的六价铬污染土壤进行球磨处理,探究机械球磨对不同污染强度土壤的固化效果。结果表明,随着球磨条件逐渐增强,土壤中六价铬浸出浓度随之减少。当保持球磨转速500r/min、球料比12不变,延长球磨时间至6 h时,六价铬浸出浓度由原始的453.16 mg/L降低至0.29 mg/L,低于固体废物浸出毒性浸出标准限定值(5 mg/L),固化率达到99.93%。而机械球磨对土壤中六价铬的固化能力是有限的,当在处理高浓度六价铬污染土壤时,则需要进一步增强球磨条件才能使六价铬的浸出浓度满足毒性浸出标准。Effects of various parameters in ball milling process on Cr(Ⅵ) leaching concentration were studied in details with solidification of Cr(Ⅵ) spiked soil. At the same time, under conditions of milling time 2 h, milling speed 500 r/min, ball to powder ratio(BPR) 12, 8 groups of Cr(Ⅵ) concentration gradient were researched for the investigation of the objective of solidification effectiveness. Results showed that Cr(Ⅵ) leaching concentrations decreased as the ball milling conditions increased. Cr(Ⅵ) leaching concentration decreased from 453.16 mg/L to 0.29 mg/L(lower than the regulatory limit of 5 mg/L)with solidification ratio of 99.93% by keeping milling speed 500 r/min, BPR constant 12 while prolonging milling time to 6 h.However, the solidification capacity of mechanical ball milling is limited, only further increase ball milling conditions can achieve the goal of decreasing Cr(Ⅵ) leaching concentration to regulatory threshold when it applied to high strength Cr(Ⅵ)contaminated soil.
