保妇康栓联合头孢地尼及奥硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:研究保妇康栓联合头孢地尼及奥硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床价值。方法:选取我院120例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组予头孢地尼联合奥硝唑治疗,实验组予中药保妇康栓阴道内给药联合头孢地尼及奥硝唑口服治疗,比较两组治疗效果、复发率及不良反应。结果:实验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗的不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:保妇康栓、头孢地尼和奥硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,值得推广。Objective:To study the clinical value of Baofu Kang suppository combined with cefdinir and ornidazole in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods:120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into control group and exper- imental group,And the control group were treated with cefdinir combined with ornidazole,while the experimental group were treated with Baofu Kang suppository combined with oral administration of cefdinir and ornidazole. Results:The total effective rate of chronic pelvic in- flammation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),however,there were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Baofu Kang suppository combined with cefidipine and ornidazole in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease are effective and worthy of promotion.
