摘 要:试验矿样中矿泥含量高,矿物种类繁多,有用矿物锡石品位低,仅为0.40%,嵌布粒度微细,可浮性与锡石相近的方解石类碳酸盐矿物含量高,导致该锡细泥回收难度大,本试验研究了选择性分散-絮凝对锡细泥浮选回收的影响。锡细泥在矿浆pH值为6.5的环境下,添加分散剂水玻璃+CMC、絮凝剂APAM进行预处理,实现微细矿粒选择性分散-絮凝,之后采用组合捕收剂BY-9+P86,经过“一粗二精一扫”闭路浮选流程可得到品位10.34%、回收率80.83%的锡精矿。In the character of high mud content and various types of minerals,only 0.40% cassiterite grade is in valuable mineral,fine particle size and high content of calcite carbonate minerals which have similar in floatability of cassiterite resulting in difficult to recover,the effect of selective dispersion-flocculation on flotation recovery of tin slime is investigated in this experiment.Under the condition of slurry pH=6.5,pretreated by adding the dispersant sodium silicate + CMC and flocculant APAM,selective dispersion and flocculation of fine mineral particles are achieved in the tin slime.Then adopting the combined collector BY-9+P86,tin concentrate with grade of10.34% and recovery of 80.83% can be obtained via the closed-circuit flotation process of “one rougher-two cleaner-one scavenger”.
