摘 要:本文以阳煤五矿布置有高低抽采巷的综放工作面为工程背景,采用现场实测、数值计算等方法,研究分析工作面在推进过程中,采空区内温度、瓦斯、氧气和一氧化碳气体浓度变化,确定综放工作面的采空区自燃“三带”范围。采用注氮的方式抑制采空区遗煤氧化,通过布点观测,得出注氮之后采空区内温度峰值下降8℃,一氧化碳峰值浓度下降了5ppm,采空区内氧化带范围减小,表明采用注氮方式对抑制采空区遗煤氧化具有良好的效果。Based on the engineering background of 8406 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Yangmei No.5 coal mine,this paper studies and analyses the changes of temperature,gas,oxygen and carbon monoxide concentration in goaf during the advancing process of the face,and determines the “three zones” range of spontaneous combustion in goaf of 8406 coal mining face.Nitrogen injection is used to inhibit the oxidation of coal left behind in goaf.The results show that after nitrogen injection,the peak temperature in goaf decreases by 8 ℃,the peak concentration of carbon monoxide decreases by 5 ppm,and the range of oxidation zone in goaf decreases.It shows that nitrogen injection has a good effect on inhibiting the oxidation of coal left behind in goaf.
