摘 要:目的探讨复方半边莲口服液对小鼠免疫调节作用,并观察毒性反应。方法通过计算巨噬细胞吞噬指数和百分率(非特异性免疫),测定溶血素、溶血空斑形成(体液免疫),外周血淋巴细胞转化(细胞免疫),来探讨复方半边莲口服液对小鼠免疫调节作用;以复方半边莲口服液最大浓度灌胃给药,测定半数致死量(LD_(50))与最大耐受量(LD_0),研究毒性反应。结果非特异性免疫方面,复方半边莲口服液大、中、小剂量组和银黄口服液组均可显著增加巨噬细胞吞噬指数和百分率(P<0.01)。体液免疫方面,复方半边莲口服液大、中、小剂量组和银黄口服液组均可显著增加溶血素形成(P<0.01),复方半边莲口服液大、中剂量和银黄口服液组可显著增加溶血空斑形成(P<0.01)。细胞免疫方面,复方半边莲口服液大、中、小剂量组和银黄口服液组均可显著增加外周血淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.01)。急性毒性实验中小鼠未出现死亡,因此LD0为(560 g·kg^(-1))。结论复方半边莲口服液可增强小鼠免疫调节作用,且没有明显毒性。Objective Examine the immune-regulatory effect and acute toxicity of compound oral liquid of Lobelia chinensis Lour. in mice. Methods Through observed in mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytic function, hemolysin, hemolytic plaque formation and lymphocyte transformation in mice to evaluate the effect of compound oral liquid of Lobelia chinensis Lour. on immune function in mice. The maximum concentration of compound oral liquid of Lobelia chinensis Lour. was administrated to mice, then the median lethal dose and maximum tolerance were determined, and the toxic reaction was observed. Results The high, middle and low dose compound oral liquid of Lobelia chinensis Lour. can significantly improve phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index(P < 0.01), significantly improve the hemolysin and peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation rate(P < 0.01), The high and middle dose compound oral liquid of Lobelia chinensis Lour. can significantly promote hemolytic plaque formation(P< 0.01). In the acute toxicity experiment, mice did not die, and the maximum tolerated dose was 560 g·kg^-1. Conclusion Compound oral liquid of Lobelia chinensis Lour. can enhance immune function in mice with minimal acute toxicity.
