摘 要:目的运用超滤-纳滤联用技术提高古汉养生精口服液的品质,降低生产成本,减少污染。方法以淫羊藿苷截留率为指标,考察不同截留分子量、压力、温度3个因素,通过正交实验优选得到最佳膜浓缩工艺。结果古汉养生精口服液最优纳滤浓缩工艺参数为分子截流量:200 Da、压力:0.8 MPa、温度:25℃。结论超滤-纳滤联用技术用于古汉养生精口服液的纯化与浓缩,有效成分的保留率高。Objective To improve the quality of Guhan Yangshengjing oral liquid, reduce the production cost and reduce pollution by ultrafiltration-nanofiltration combined technology. Methods With the retention rate of icariin as indicator, interception molecular weight, pressure, and temperature as factors. The optimum membrane concentration process was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Results The optimum ultrafiltration process were as follows: interception molecular weight was:200 Da, pressure was:0.8 MPa,temperature was:25℃.Conclusion Ultrafiltration-nanofiltration technology was used in the purification and concentration of Guhan Yangshengjing oral liquid. The retention rate of active ingredients is high, the clarity is good.
