从“气血失和”理论对经方治疗溃疡性结肠炎的探讨

摘　　要：介绍了中医学对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的认识及其病因病机理论的变化与发展。以"气为血帅,血为气母"为理论根据,从"调气""理血"的角度探析经方对溃疡性结肠炎的诊治,认为"气血失和"不仅是该病发生的基础,也是病理产物生成的基础,同时,也是该病迁延反复的关键因素,并提出以健脾清热活血类经方来"调和气血"恢复人体阴阳平和,试为现临床对溃疡性结肠炎的诊疗水平的提升寻找一个新的突破口。This paper introduces the understanding of ulcerative colitis(UC) in TCM and the changes and development of etiology and pathogenesis theory. Based on the theory that’Qi is the commander of blood and blood is the mother of Qi’. From the point of view of’regulating qi’and’regulating blood’, this paper probes into the diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis by classical prescriptions. It is believed that the’Qi-blood disharmony’is not only the basis of the occurrence of ulcerative colitis, but also the basis of the formation of pathological products, and at the same time, it is also a key factor in the recurrence of this disease. It is suggested that the prescription of ’Jian pi qing re huo xue’ can be used to ’harmonize Qi and blood’ to restore the peace of Yin and Yang in human body and try to find a new breakthrough for the current clinical diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis.
