摘　　要：黄芩属于传统中药唇形科植物,具有抗癌、抗病毒、抗氧化等药理作用。黄芩苷是黄芩的主要活性成分,也是指标性成分,具有广泛的药理作用。文章总结近几年研究的黄芩苷药理作用及作用机制并进行阐述,根据黄芩苷的性质、药理作用、作用机制及治疗疾病的作用靶点等角度为今后更深入的研究黄芩苷药理作用及临床应用提供思路与方向,为进一步的利用和开发更多的治疗人畜共患疾病制剂提供参考。Scutellariae baicalensis is one of the most important traditional Chinese medicinal herbs. It has significantly pharmacological effect on the anti-cancer, anti-viral and anti-oxidation etc. Baicalin is one of the main active andindex component, which has widely and prominent pharmacological activity. In recent years, summarize the pharmacological effects of baicalin and its mechanism of action. According to the nature, pharmacological effects, mechanism of action and the targets point of treatment of disease of baicalin view, for the future more in-depth study of pharmacological effects and clinical applications of baicalin provide ideas and direction, for further use and development of more treatment of zoonotic disease preparations provide a reference.
