摘　　要：文章以书目参考服务、定题服务、在线参考咨询、咨询服务记录、用户培训工作为切入点,结合遵义市图书馆参考咨询工作现状,探讨便捷服务于读者的途径。Combining with the current status of reference work in Zunyi city Library, this paper,explores a convenient way to serve readers from several perspectives including bibliographic service, selective dissemination information(SDI), online consultation, recording service and user training.
