摘　　要：目的研究在非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者中采取心电图诊断技术的临床效果。方法此文数据分析目标是60例非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者,选取2015年7月至2018年7月以随机数字表法作为实验分组基础,各30例患者,参照组行常规心电图诊断,实验组行动态心电图诊断,对两组患者检出情况进行比对分析。结果实验组非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者右束支阻滞诊断率96.68%、房性逸搏诊断率93.33%、敏感性50.00%、特异性96.42%、阴性预测值50.00%、阳性预测值96.42%、准确率93.33%对比参照组的73.33%/66.67%/28.57%/78.26%/28.57%/78.26%/70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将动态心电图诊断和行常规心电图诊断应用在非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者中均具有一定价值,但动态心电图诊断的检出率显著更高。Objective To study the clinical effect of electrocardiographic diagnosis in patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods The data analysis target was 60 patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. The time was from July 2015 to July 2018. The random number table method was used as the basis of the experimental group. A group of 30 patients was included. The patients in the group underwent routine electrocardiogram diagnosis, and the experimental group underwent dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis. The detection of the two groups of patients was compared. Results In the experimental group, the diagnosis rate of right bundle branch block in patients with non-STsegment elevation myocardial infarction was 96.68%, the diagnosis rate of atrial escape was 93.33%, sensitivity was 50.00%, specificity was 96.42%, negative predictive value was 50.00%, positive prediction The value was 96.42%, the accuracy rate was 93.33% compared with 73.33%/66.67%/ 28.57%/78.26%/28.57%/78.26%/70.00% of the reference group, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis and routine ECG diagnosis have certain value in patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, but the detection rate of dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis is significantly higher.
