摘　　要：糖尿病是临床上较为常见的慢性疾病。患者对糖尿病知识的知晓程度对该病的预防和干预至关重要,因此健康教育越来越受到广大研究者的关注。目前的糖尿病健康教育多是单纯依靠患者住院期间的宣教或是网络媒体等方式,各环节脱节,无法覆盖患者的所有信息。本文利用现代信息技术,基于医疗云构建糖尿病健康教育平台,覆盖医院、社区、患者生活等所有环节,为该项工作的开展提供新的解决方案。Diabetes is a kind of common chronic disease. It is very important for patients to know the knowledge of diabetes. Therefore, health education has attracted more and more attention from researchers. At present, most of the diabetes health education relies solely on the propaganda to inpatients, which can' t get all the information of the patient. In this paper, we use modern information technology to build a diabetes health education platform based on medical cloud which can cover all aspects of hospitals, communities, patients' lives and so on. It will provide new solutions for the development of the work.
