摘　　要：糖尿病是一种多病因的代谢疾病,是一种终生慢性疾病。糖尿病发生后,引起糖大量从尿中排出,并出现多饮、多尿、多食、消瘦、头晕、乏力等典型临床症状。针对糖尿病的治疗,社区的健康教育是不可缺少的,本文从必要性和迫切性、健康教育方法和健康教育方案3个方面阐述了基于社区的糖尿病健康教育的重要意义。基于社区的健康教育可有效地帮助患者强化健康意识,提高临床治疗效果,最大限度地降低糖尿病的危害性,同时提高了患者的生活质量。Diabetes is a metabolic disease with multiple etiologies. It is a lifelong chronic disease. After the onset of diabetes, a large amount of sugar is excreted from the urine, and there are typical symptoms such as polydipsia, polyuria, eating, wasting, dizziness and fatigue. In view of the treatment of diabetes, the health education in the community is indispensable. This paper expounds the significance of the community based diabetes health education from three aspects of the necessity and urgency, the health education method and the health education program. Health education based on community can effectively help patients strengthen their health awareness, improve the effect of clinical treatment, minimize the harm of diabetes, and improve the quality of life of the patients.
