摘  要:本研究旨在探讨利用多柔比星进行抗肿瘤治疗前先行跑台干预,对多柔比星抗肿瘤效果及其诱发的心毒性可能造成的影响。本研究采用50只12周龄的C57BL/6小鼠为实验对象,随机分为C组(对照组,n=10)、SNTD组(不运动+无肿瘤+多柔比星组, n=10)、STS组(不运动+肿瘤+安慰剂, n=10)、STD组(不运动+肿瘤+多柔比星组, n=10)、ETD组(运动+肿瘤+多柔比星组, n=10),进行2周的不同方案干预后,在STS组、STD组、ETD组大鼠注射黑色素肿瘤细胞,C组、ETD组注射等量的生理盐水。注射后3周,在SNTD组、STD组、ETD组小鼠的腹腔注射12 mg/kg的多柔比星,C组和STS组注射等量生理盐水。注射结束10 d后,进行心脏形态功能和肿瘤体积检查,利用SPSS进行统计分析。本研究认为多柔比星能够抑制肿瘤流体生长速度,但跑台运动不会对多柔比星抗肿瘤的效果产生影响。注射多柔比星会导致心壁变薄、心输出量、射血量等心脏功能衰退,但跑台运动能够缓解多柔比星的心毒性。This study was to investigate the effect of doxorubicin on the anti-tumor effect and its induced cardiotoxicity before the anti-tumor treatment with doxorubicin. In this study, fifty mice of 12-week-old C57 BL/6 were randomly divided into C group(control group, n=10), SNTD group(no exercise+no tumor+doxorubicin group,n=10), STS group(no exercise+tumor+placebo, n = 10), STD group(no exercise+tumor+doxorubicin group, n=10),ETD group(exercise+tumor+doxorubicin group, n=10), respectively. After 2 weeks of different interventions,melanoma cells were injected into the mice of STS group, STD group, and ETD group, and the same amount of normal saline was injected into the mice from C group and ETD group. Three weeks after the injection, 12 mg/kg of doxorubicin was intraperitoneally injected into the mice of SNTD group, the STD group, and the ETD group, and the same amount of normal saline was injected into the mice of C group and the STS group. Ten days after the end of the injection, cardiac morphological function and tumor volume examination were carried out, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS as well. This study suggested that doxorubicin could inhibit the growth rate of tumor fluids, but the treadmill running would not affect the anti-tumor effect of doxorubicin. Injection of doxorubicin might cause heart function such as the parameters of thinning of the heart wall, cardiac output, and ejection volume etc., whereas the treadm ill running was able to alleviate thecardiotoxicity of doxorubicin.
