摘  要:低能耗、低投入、超净化、超低排放除尘技术与设备是目前所有厂家追求的目标。中钢集团天澄环保科技股份有限公司预荷电直通式袋滤器专利技术同时具备这些优点。特别针对PM2.5 微细颗粒,排放浓度小于10 mg/Nm^3,捕集效率大于99%。2017年,该技术在山钢日照钢铁基地炼钢除尘上成功进行了大规模应用,取得了良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益,具有良好的市场应用前景。Low energy consumption, low input, ultra-purity and super-low emmision in dust removal technology and equipment are pursued by all of current manufactures. The patent technology pre-charged straight-through bag filter, achieved by Sinosteel Tiancheng Environmental Protection Science and Technology Co., Ltd., possesses all of these advantages simultaneously. Especially for PM2.5 particles, the emission concentration is less than 10mg/Nm^3, and the capture efficiency is larger than 99%. In 2017, this technology was successfully applied on a large scale in steelmaking dust removal at Rizhao Steel Base of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., with good economic, environmental and social benefits and a good market application prospect.
