摘  要:对于以衡阳市典型住宅为研究对象,基于Energy Plus软件模拟夏热冬冷地区墙体内表面热湿变化,评估全年霉菌生长风险。通过模拟不同通风模式和通风量,分析建筑通风对墙体霉菌风险的影响,对预防室内霉菌生长提供参考。Taking typical residence in Hengyang city as the research object, the thermal and humidity variation on interior surface of exterior wall in hot summer and winter cold zone were simulated by Energy Plus software, and the annual mould growth risk were assessed. Furthermore, through simulating different ventilation mode and ventilation rate, the influence of ventilation to wall mould risk were analyzed, which provided a reference for preventing indoor mould growth.
