摘  要:本文利用自行设计的环形通风流场粉尘监测及除尘测试综合实验系统,改变流场风速,双层滤网目数和双层滤网间距,进行呼吸性粉尘除尘效率测定。结果表明:除尘效率随流场中的风速的增加呈现出先增加后减小的变化趋势,在0.6~1.4 m/s的风速范围内,风速为1 m/s时除尘效率最佳。除尘效率随滤网的目数增加而增大,除尘效率随双层滤网间距的增加而先增加后减小,在9~21 cm的间距范围内,当间距为15 cm时除尘效率最佳。By using the self-designed comprehensive experimental system for dust monitoring and dust removal in annular ventilation flow field, the dust removal efficiency of breathing dust was measured by changing the wind speed of the flow field, the mesh number of double-layer sieve and the spacing of double-layer sieve The results show that: The dust removal efficiency increased first and then decreased with the increase of wind velocity in the flow field. In the wind velocity range of 0.6~1.4 m/s, the best dust removal efficiency can be obtained when the wind velocity is 1 m/s;The efficiency of dust removal increases with the mesh number of sieve;The dust removal efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of double-layer sieve spacing. In the range of 9 cm to 21 cm, the efficiency of dust removal is best when the spacing is 15 cm.
