摘 要:以无水乙醇为溶剂,SiO2气凝胶为溶质,制取SiO2气凝胶改性溶液。采用浸润及常压干燥制备岩棉/SiO2气凝胶复合板,研究SiO2气凝胶的质量分数和浸润时间对岩棉/SiO2气凝胶复合板的短期吸水量,导热系数以及抗压强度的影响。并选取某办公楼建筑为研究对象,利用建筑能耗模拟软件DeST,研究岩棉/SiO2气凝胶复合板在以西安为代表的寒冷地区的建筑能耗。结果表明:随着SiO2气凝胶的质量分数的增加,岩棉/SiO2气凝胶复合板的短期吸水量逐渐变小,导热系数逐渐减小,其抗压强度略有提高。与未进行保温措施相比,厚度为30 mm的岩棉/SiO2气凝胶复合板能耗节能率大于25%。Silica aerogel modified solution was prepared with anhydrous ethanol as solvent and silica aerogel as solute. The effects of silica aerogel mass fraction and infiltration time on shortterm water absorption, thermal conductivity and compressive properties of rock wool/SiO2 aerogel composite board by using the infiltration and atmospheric drying were studied. Taking an office building as the research object, the building energy consumption of rock wool/SiO 2 aerogel composite board in cold area was studied by using the building energy simulation software DeST. The results showed that with the increase of the mass fraction of silica aerogel, the shortterm water absorption and the thermal conductivity of rock wool/SiO 2 aerogel composite board gradually decreased, and its compressive strength slightly increased. Compared with the nonthermal insulation measures, the energy saving rate of rock wool/SiO2 aerogel composite board with a thickness of 30mm was greater than 25%.
