摘 要:选取四种不同粒度的Co粉,两种不同粒度的WC粉,制备WC-10%Co(质量分数)的样品。对中、粗硬质合金压坯中Co的分布、收缩率、合金金相、晶粒分布及物理性能等进行研究,探讨Co粉粒度对中、粗硬质合金结构及性能的影响。结果表明:(1) Co粉粒度对Co在压坯中的分布影响明显,经过烧结后,合金中Co相分布规律与压坯基本一致,但不均匀现象明显减弱。(2)收缩率基本随Co粉粒度的增加而减小。(3)综合合金各项物理性能指标,对于中粒度牌号,Co粉粒度选择0.8-1.5μm比较适宜,对于粗粒度牌号,Co粉粒度选择1.5-2.0μm比较适宜。In this paper, WC-10%Co(mass fraction)cemented carbides were prepared with four kinds of Co powdersand two kindsof WC powders. The distribution of Co in the compact, the shrinkage, the metallographic phase of the alloy, the grains distribution and the physicalproperties were investigated to research the effect of the particle size of the Co powder on the structure and properties of the mediumand coarse cemented carbide. The results indicate that:(1) The particle size of Co has a significant effect on the distribution of Co in the compact,and the Co phase distribution in the alloy is similar with the distribution of Co in the compact, but more even.(2) As the particle size of Co increases, the shrinkage rate decrease.(3) According to most of the physical properties, 0.8-1.5μm Co powders are optimal for mediumcarbides,and1.5-2.0μmCo powdersareoptimalforcoarsecarbides.
