摘　　要：目的:分析野战医疗装备故障率偏高的原因,提出相应的对策和改进措施。方法:通过对机动卫勤分队储血箱、除颤仪、呼吸机等装备近年来的故障进行归纳和总结,分析故障发生的主要原因,加强设备管理,改善使用环境,改进设计缺陷。结果:大大降低了野战医疗装备的故障率,提升了设备使用效率。结论:通过优化相关管理措施、改进设计缺陷,可以更好地保证野战医疗装备的性能,提升卫勤分队的机动能力,真正做到优质、高效的保障。Objective To explore the causes for the high failure rate of field medical equipment and to put forward countermeasures. Methods The causes of common faults of field medical equipment such as blood transport kit, defibrillator and ventilator in the mobile medical service unit were summarized and analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward from the aspects of equipment management, application environment and design improvement. Results The failure rate of field equipment was decreased so that its efficiency was increased greatly. Conclusion The field equipment in the mobile medical service unit has its performances enhanced by optimizing management and design improvement.
