摘  要:研究板栗苞一步法制备糠醛和炭;以广西产板栗苞为原料,对提取栲胶前后的板栗苞进行常压水蒸气气氛下裂解,并对裂解液进行GC-MS分析。结果表明:裂解挥发产物主要是以糠醛为代表的呋喃衍生物为主,其次是以2-甲氧基苯酚为代表的酚类衍生物。提取栲胶后的板栗苞裂解挥发物中,糠醛含量升高,其相对含量提取栲胶前后分别为34.9%和68.8%。板栗苞通过常压水蒸气气氛下裂解的方法,能够制备出品质较好的糠醛和生物质炭。Furfural and carbon were prepared from the shell of chestnut (Castanea mollissima Blume) in Guangxi by one-step pyrolysis. The pyrolysis of the chestnut shell before or after tannin extraction was conducted under atmospheric pressure and steam atmosphere, and their pyrolysates were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that furan derivatives represented by furfural were the main volatile products from the pyrolysates, followed by phenolic derivatives represented by 2-methoxyphenol. The content of furfural in the pyrolysis-based volatile products of chestnut shell increased after tannin was extracted. The relative content of furfural in the pyrolysis-based volatile products of chestnut shell was 34.9% before tannin extraction and 68.8% after tannin extraction. Therefore, the chestnut shell can be used to produce better quality of furfural and biomass carbon through pyrolysis under atmospheric pressure and steam atmosphere.
