摘　　要：对我国典型的7种热带油料作物研究现状进行了综述。对7种热带油料作物的种植生产、用途以及加工现状进行了详细分析,包括7种热带木本油料资源概况、脂肪酸组成及脂类伴随物以及主要加工产品等。分析了当前我国热带油料作物研究中存在的一些亟待解决的问题,针对存在的问题,从加工技术改进等方面提出了相应的对策和建议,为解决我国热带木本油料产业存在的关键问题提供研究思路,并为进一步开发利用热带木本油料提供参考依据。Current researches on 7 typical tropical woody oil crops in China were reviewed. Cultivation, production and processing of these 7 oil crops were described in detail, including their resources, fatty acid composition, lipid accompaniments and major processed products. Main problems existing in current tropical oil crops processing in China were raised, based on which some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of processing technology improvement, and so on. This review provides a research strategy for solving the key problems of tropical woody oil industry in China, and offers a reference for the further development and utilization of tropical woody oil crops.
