摘 要:为了探究宁夏枸杞园土壤微生物数量空间分布特征,对3个土壤类型枸杞根际土壤微生物在不同土层深度、枸杞根际不同远近距离间的变化进行了系统研究。结果表明:枸杞园0~20cm土层土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌数量高于20~40cm土层土壤。土壤细菌数量在不同亚类土壤之间表现为灌淤土(ZN)>淡灰钙土(YLC)>盐碱土(PL),表土层灌淤土细菌数量在枸杞根际橫向距离上表现为W1>W2>W3。灌淤土表土层土壤真菌数量显著高于淡灰钙土和盐碱土,淡灰钙土真菌数量在枸杞根际橫向距离上变化明显,即W2>W1>W3;亚表土层土壤灌淤土和淡灰钙土真菌数量在横向距离上表现不同,灌淤土为W1>W3>W2,淡灰钙土为W3>W2>W1。表土层放线菌数量在3个不同亚类土壤之间变化明显,在亚表土层W1和W2处,盐碱土和淡灰钙土放线菌数量显著高于灌淤土。盐碱土、淡灰钙土、灌淤土不同亚类土壤微生物总数在表土层表现为W1>W2>W3,亚表土层盐碱土和灌淤土微生物总数表现为W1>W3>W2。枸杞园土壤微生物数量在不同类型之间差异显著,在枸杞根际垂向和横向之间均有明显的变化。In order to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of microbial population in rhizosphere soil of Wolfberry in Ningxia, the changes of microorganisms in three types of rhizosphere soil in different soil depth and different distances were systematically studied. The results showed that the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in 0~20 cm soil layer in the wolfberry garden were higher than that of 20~40 cm. The number of bacteria between different subtypes of soil was irrigated soil (ZN)>light gray calcium soil (YLC)> saline alkali soil (PL), and the number of bacteria in ZN topsoil soil was W1>W2>W3. The number of fungi in the surface layer soil of ZN was significantly higher than that in the YLC and PL;and the number of fungi in YLC changed significantly in different distance between rhizosphere soil of wolfberry, which showed W2>W1>W3. The fungi number in the subsurface soil of both YLC and ZN varied widely at the lateral distance, which showed W1>W3>W2;while the fungi number in YLC showed W3>W2>W1. The actinomycetes number in the top soil varied significantly between the three different subtypes of soil;in the subsurface soil of W1 and W2, the actinomycetes number in PL and YLC were significantly higher than that in ZN. The total microorganisms number in different PL, YLC and ZN topsoil layers presented a variation trend of W1>W2>W3, and the total microorganisms number in PL and ZN presented W1>W3>W2.
