摘  要:利用红土镍矿冶炼镍铁的工艺方式较多,当前国际较为先进的火法冶炼工艺尤以回转窑+矿热炉工艺(简称RKEF工艺)居多,但是镍铁火法冶炼的工艺特性与普通铁合金冶炼工艺有所不同。在围绕RKEF工艺电极操作上,个别企业出现较多的电极硬断事故。通过对电极事故特征、自焙电极特点以及RKEF工艺特性分析,从电极壳制作、接长、压放、配电制度、渣型选择、还原剂搭配等方面对RKEF工艺中电极的操作进行了探索研究。There are many ways to smelt ferronickel by using laterite nickel ore. At present, the most advanced pyrometallurgical smelting process in the world is rotary kiln+submerged arc furnace process, short for RKEF. But the process characteristics of ferronickel pyrotechnics are different from those of ordinary process. In the operation of the electrode around the RKEF process, there are more electrode breakage accidents in enterprise. This paper researched the electrode operation in RKEF through the electrode accident characteristics, self-baked electrode characteristics and RKEF process characteristics, from the electrode shell production, connection length, pressure discharge, distribution system, slag type selection, reducing agent combination and other aspects.
