摘　　要：传统企业一路走来,经过激烈而残酷的竞争,已经形成相对严密的组织架构、标准化流程及规范的管理。科学管理提高了效率、降低了成本,实现了途径的可重复可预见性,这使得传统企业为生产成本和效率而存在。"互联网+"时代的创新,具有高度的不可预见性和不确定性,既受传统思维范式和优势的束缚,又受传统组织结构的拖累,同时还存在创新管理体系系统性失灵及缺乏创新人才与绩效评价体系的困境。从这些困境因素着手分析"互联网+"时代的驱动因素,助推传统企业实现互联网转型。Traditional enterprises have formed a relatively strict organizational structure, standardized processes and standardized management after fierce and cruel competition. Scientific management improves efficiency, reduces costs and realizes repeatability and predictability of approaches, which makes traditional enterprises exist for production costs and efficiency. Innovation in the era of "Internet +" is highly unpredictable and uncertain. It is not only constrained by traditional thinking patterns and advantages, but also dragged by traditional organizational structure. At the same time, there are still difficulties such as systematic failure of innovative management system and lack of innovative talents and performance evaluation system. From these predicament factors, we analyze the driving factors of the "Internet +" era, and promote the Internet-oriented transformation of traditional enterprises.
