再生性资源型城市经济高质量发展评价及影响因素——以徐州市为例

摘　　要：采用熵权TOPSIS和GWR等方法,以县域为研究单元,分析了2016年徐州市经济高质量发展水平及影响因素的异质性特征。结果表明:①徐州市经济高质量发展是经济水平、经济效益、经济结构、经济动力、环境质量等多方面共同发展的集中体现,经济高质量发展水平呈现出显著的核心高、外围低的梯度圈层分异格局特征。②徐州市经济水平、经济效益、经济结构、经济动力、环境质量5个方面发展质量的区域分异特征各异。③徐州市经济高质量发展的主要影响因素的作用程度呈现产业结构>对外开放>投资能力>政府调控的特征,且各因素的影响作用表现出明显的空间异质性特征。Based on the entropy weight-TOPSIS,Geographical Weighted Regression( GWR) and other methods,the heterogeneity of high-quality economic development and its influencing factors in Xuzhou City in 2016 were discussed with the county area as the research unit. The results showed as followed: Firstly,the high-quality development of Xuzhou’s economy was the concentrated embodiment of the common development of economic level,economic benefit,economic structure,economic stimuli and environmental level. Moreover,the high-quality economic development appeared a characteristic of stratigraphic differentiation pattern with high core and low periphery. Secondly,Xuzhou City had different regional characteristics in five aspects of economic level,economic benefit,economic structure,economic stimuli and environmental level. Thirdly,we found that the degree of influencing factors on high-quality economic development had the characteristics of the greatest effects on industrial structure,followed by openness,investment ability and government regulation,and the influence of various factors showed significant spatial heterogeneity.
